Anti-spam



Project Honey Pot, a service provided by anti-spam company, Unspam Technologies LLC, recently launched a class action lawsuit in Virginia for 20,000 Internet users from more than 100 countries.

This suit seeks to unearth those who harvested millions of e-mail addresses for spammers. What is unique about this legal case is it is the first anti-spam lawsuit that represents a general group of users who do not belong to any particular Internet service provider.

This class of Internet users are also the people who use Unspam’s free anti-spam tool, which sets out to trap those who compile email address lists for spam operators.
